Jay Davis

Natalagé “Jay” Davis is an artist and designer who has been fortunate enough to create work for Malala Fund, NPR, Glastonbury Music Festival, and #HATEISAVIRUS. Her debut picture book Girl Dad has been applauded by Kirkus Reviews, Publishers Weekly, SLJ Reviews, and Common Sense Selections. Her followup, Boy Dad, was released shortly after.

Jay was born in New Jersey (a fact her father is extremely proud of) but raised in New York (a fact her mother is extremely proud of). Her work is inspired by the magic and misadventures of being a city kid. She currently lives in Brooklyn and spends her time watching tennis and reading poetry.
