Zoey Abbott

Zoey is the author-illustrator of six picture books and the illustrator of a handful of others. Her work has appeared in the Society of Illustrators Original Art Show, has been shortlisted for an Oregon Book Award, twice received Oregon Spirt Book Award/ Honors by the Council of Teachers of English and received the Golden Duck Award from the American Library Association.

Zoey works in various mediums including pencil, gouache, sumi-ink and most recently, risograph printing. ​​She lives in Portland, OR. She loves her dog, Carrots, and her family too and she is honored to get to make books for kids.
